Owner and principal, Roberta (Bobby) Becka, has worked with inidividulas, as well as community-based and public sector organizations since 1992 that focus on areas such as: education, law enforcement, emergency management, health and human services, animal rights, and arts and culture. 

Company Profile

The Becka family has been in the ‘business of words’ for decades, starting with the patriarch, Richard Becka, who was a philosopher and author. The matriarch, Irene, is also a writer and author. Years behind a desk managing all manner of electronic documents has given Madeline Becka Nichols extensive expertise in writing and editing.  Bobby Becka has been working with words, primarily in the field of grant writing, for the past 15+ years.  Though 'new' to writing (only in-so-far-as she is not yet a 20-ager), Clara Becka is also an excellent writer and a published author.

Additionally, we have a cousin who writes forensic suspense, published under the pen name Lisa Black (see link on our ‘Cool Links’ page).

Experience working with both the public and private sector, and many requests for assistance, inspired the creation of this company.  Numerous people have been assisted with their resume and writing projects, and more than 350 foundation, state and federal proposals have been completed.

We relish the challenge and have been lucky enough to enjoy success!
